Five Times World Champion David Knight takes the new Sur-Ron Storm Electric Bike for a punt around the Isle of Man, and is pleasantly surprised with the results.

With the surge in E-Bikes all around the world, mostly in the MTB market, top level racers are turning to the silent assassins to get their fix when off the moto machine. And with the demise of Alta, it was looking a little bleak for dirt bike riders when it came to good electric motorbike options.

Sur-Ron have been quietly working away for a while now and have recently announced this new Storm, with specs shows a top speed of 100km and torque levels over 500Nm. That’s a yes please from us and even David Knight didn’t look upset either.
